How Our Fabric Is Made
From Yarn to Tee
It Starts with the Yarn
Extra-long staple (ELS) cotton — including Pima, Egyptian, and Sea Island — is prized for fiber lengths exceeding 1.25 inches (regular ranges from 0.94 to 1.12), producing finer, stronger yarns.
These longer fibers spun better cohesion, reducing pilling and resulting in a smoother, more refined fabric surface.
We source our yarn from certified fine spinners, using 30/1 compact Giza 94 Egyptian cotton.
Each batch begins with a 180 kg trial to ensure the softness, strength, and consistency you expect.
Turning Yarn Into Fabric
Once the yarn is ready, it’s knitted into fabric using a single jersey construction.
This is where comfort and structure come together.
We carefully balance softness with durability by blending a small amount of stretch — just enough to give the fabric flexibility without losing its natural feel.
The result is a fabric that moves with you, holds its shape, and feels right from the first wear.
